How you receive your plan

Your plan is activated on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

How you receive reports

Reports are PDF files that you download from your dashboard after logging in. New reports appear there when they are published.

If something goes wrong

If money was deducted but your plan is not active after 30 minutes, email support@spicestocks.com with your payment ID and we will sort it out.
